Its enhanced hiding power helps to cover up previous colors and reduce the number of paint coats needed. Ideal for both interior and exterior use, this primer can be applied to a variety of surfaces, including wood, drywall, plaster, paneling, masonry, brick, painted metal, and properly prepared glossy surfaces. It can be used under or over both water-based and oil-based paints.
