Description
The 6' Novik Universal Starter Strip is a polymer installation accessory required for NovikStone and NovikShake siding panels. Installed level along the base of the wall, it provides a secure starting point for the first course of panels and helps keep the installation properly positioned.
The lightweight strip features nail locators, a center nailing hole, and a Hammer Stopper design that helps control nail penetration while allowing for expansion and contraction. An insertion tongue with a built-in stopper helps adjoining starter strips maintain accurate spacing and alignment.
